Purse Snatching

from the French Quarter to her hotel in the 1300 block of Canal when
she was approached from behind by an unknown black male. The suspect
grabbed the victim?s purse fled in an unknown direction. The victim is
unsure of the exact location of occurrence and could not give a
description of the suspect at the time of the initial interview.
