Purse Snatching, 800 block of Toulouse

in the 800 block of Toulouse when she was approached by an unknown
black male. The suspect took the victim?s purse and fled on Bourbon
toward St Ann. A witness gave chase and flagged down an officer on
patrol.
Responding Officers were able to apprehend the suspect, Michael
Baptiste, B/M, 5-6-86. Additional information on this arrest and/or
